The hotel is situated north of Negombo in Waikkal which is in the Western province of Sri Lanka. Waikkal is close to Mangrove swamps and is an excellent area for bird watching and adventure.

Well kept spacious grounds. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms next to main pool tend to be noisy during daytime animation activities.
