Objectives
of the 7 days cure are to detoxify mind and body, to develop the
general immunity of the body and to obtain mental and physical relaxation
Contents of the programme:
Consultation, individual diagnosis and planning of the treatment,
internal cleaning and detoxifying the body (6) herbal baths, (4)
Ayurvedic full body massage (4) Ayurvedic steam baths, (5) head
massage, (1) Ayurvedic seed body massage
Schedule:
half-days for about 4 hours with resting

The programme of the 1st week will be completed by Abbyanga and
Sirô dhârâ, (two oil treatments)
and Sarvânga dhârâ (herbal oil treatment with
